Refunds
Due to the nature of the product, returns will not be accepted. You may, however, request a refund up to 14-days after receiving your item if either a) the product arrived damaged, or b) you received the wrong product.
To be eligible for a refund, you must:
- Show the receipt or proof of purchase
- Provide a description and a photograph showing either a) the damaged product, or b) the wrong product
Please contact me via the same email you used to make the purchase, ensuring that you provide the required information above to my email at: simon@astrolosopher.com.
I will notify you to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
